Min $4000 return + ticket sales + drink sales +++

·         Both Tommy and Artie coming to do their show which lasts over 1 hour (total show including an auction full of gags = 2+hours)

·         An M.C./Auctioneer - Comedian FRED LANG or Justin Karcher

·         Both gents are easy going and very happy to hang around before & after the show to mingle with your patrons, share a story and a beer or three!

·         $800-$1200 = the full proceeds of TWO auction items from the lads personal collection. So far we have received $800-1200 for the 2 pieces at all other shows

·         $1000-$3000 = the proceeds, over their reserves, on 5 other auction items. So far this has averaged out to $2000-3000 each show

·         $2000++++ = the full proceeds of your own auction items!

·         $200+ = return on sales of Tom and Arthur’s tees – you get $5 per tee or cap, and $10 per bar mat

·         $500+ = Tom and Arthur will sign a football for you to use as a raffle prize at the function. $5 tickets or 3 for $10 should raise you another $500+ (ball to be provided by booking club/venue)

·         $150+ = 3 cartons of Coopers beer, 1 for the boys to drink and the other 2 for you to use as raffle or door prizes

·         $1000+ = The K Faktor will run a last man standing auction item and table bingo (assuming your audience is seated at tables ($1000+ return to you)

·         A promotion disc including the boys bios, photos, memorabilia items, a poster template, and 3 pages of ideas on how to raise more money via auctions, raffles and cost savings ideas

·         Our free CD – ‘How to book a speaker and host a successful fundraiser’ – if you follow this step by step guide you are guaranteed to make a profit!

·         Both gents are available to do radio interviews to assist you in promoting the event

·         If you are a hotel, club or pub – donate $10 per ticket to the local footy club and that should see them buy tickets. You could even offer the proceeds of 1 or 2 of the auction items to help them raise some funds ensuring you cover your own through the ticket sales

 

Therefore, once you take into account the proceeds we donate to your club from the auction pieces and raffles, you will get the show for FREE or even at a PROFIT!!!! To date, over 90% of our bookings have!

Don’t forget you also will receive money from your own auction items and entry ticket sales!

  

FYI the format of our show is normally -

Welcome and thanks by Host – Host to intro MC (3 mins)

Lunch/Dinner (served and cleared = 40-60 mins)

Formal intro of Tommy and Arthur by MC – includes 6 minutes of video footage (10 mins)

Tommy and Arthur tell stories from the good old days and comment on modern footy (full of gags too!)- includes 10 minutes of video footage (45-60 mins)

Break (5-10 mins)

Auction/Raffles, more gags etc – the boys pieces plus yours (proceeds above Tom and Arthur's reserves (5 pieces) go back to your club + full proceeds of first 2 pieces!)(25-40 mins)

Q and A with audience.(10 mins)

Close and announcements (1 min)

(We can bring our own PA system (not if flying), 3 mic’s, speakers, leads etc, all we ask is that you have a large screen and projector or a big screen TV so we can plug in our video footage)
